The QSFP28 LR4 module supports links up to 10 km over single-mode fiber, while the SR4 variant is optimized for short-range, multi-lane data communication over OM4 multimode fiber. Each module features four independent transmit and receive channels, each capable of 25GbE operation, allowing for an aggregate data rate of 100GbE. With an extended operating temperature range, these optics are suitable for various server requirements and ensure reliable performance when paired with compatible Intel Ethernet Network Adapters.
